2,000 € bonus for successful personnel recommendation

Installation line employees who successfully refer a new colleague receive a gross bonus of €2,000 once the referred employee has been with the company for one year. We’ve had this program in place for some time now, and it has already been successfully implemented on multiple occasions. Our goal is to recognize our employees’ commitment to our recruitment efforts.
