2,000 bonus for successful personnel recommendation

Employees in assembly who successfully recommend a new colleague receive a gross bonus of €2,000 as soon as the recommended employee has been with the company for a year. This measure has been in place at our company for some time and has already been successfully implemented several times. It is our way of recognizing the commitment of our employees in the recruitment process.
