Impressive span with SIN support frames

PEM erected a new production hall for the Knauf Group in Bavaria in a very short construction period. For the column-free frame free span with an impressive 54 meters, PEM relied on the economical and innovative double-hinged frame of the PEM system with integration of the SIN corrugated web girder. SIN girders (corrugated web girders) were also used as secondary girders with a spacing of six meters. The sheet metal load-bearing shell was laid over the purlins from the ridge to the eaves. After five weeks of construction, the “watertight” hall could be handed over for interior work.
