Largest order in the company’s history for GERBA

Joint project between PEM Buildings and subsidiary GERBA in Germany – largest order in the company’s history for GERBA.

Together with its subsidiary GERBA, PEM Buildings is handling the construction of a logistics center for the company ProReServ in Gelsenkirchen/Germany.

A steel hall is being erected on a floor area of approx. 10,600 m². The Mauthausen-based steel hall specialist PEM is responsible for the planning and delivery of the steel structure. As general contractor, GERBA is responsible for the entire project execution. This contract is one of the largest in the history of the Schwerin-based subsidiary.

“The ground-breaking ceremony will take place in April 2016 and we are delighted to have been awarded the contract for this project,” says Managing Director of GERBA Industrie- und Hallenbau GmbH, Mr. Thomas Gerbstädt.
