ZEMAN HDF sets new standards in international steel construction production with Lodz station in Poland

ZEMAN HDF sets new standards in international steel construction production with Lodz station in Poland.

With the construction of the Lodz Farbryczna railroad station, ZEMAN HDF is playing a key role in the construction of the largest transportation hub in Poland and is once again demonstrating the highest level of international expertise.

The creative steel construction and the roof, which poses a particular challenge due to its curved geometric shape, can be professionally implemented by ZEMAN HDF thanks to its many years of experience and extensive know-how in planning, production and assembly.

The scope of the contract for the station, which is due to open in 2015, includes the execution of a steel structure for three separate buildings erected above the underground platforms. The distinctive roof surface consists of a tubular steel structure made up of triangles with a side length of approximately two meters, supported by a system of guy wires.
