Cost-savings and optimal use of load bearing capacities due to the application of corrugated web beams (SIN beams)

For “Agate Meble”, one of the most popular furniture stores in Poland, ZEMAN HDF created the steel construction for the roof and the supporting structure of the walls together with the entry portal and firefighting water tank cladding. 

Corrugated web beams (SIN beams) were used as the main girder together with purlins with a span length of 9.5 to 19 meter for the roof construction. By using the SIN beams, it was possible to reduce delivery times and accelerate assembly. In addition, 30 percent savings in tonnage were achieved in comparison with the tender documents.
