Joint project of PEM Buildings with subsidiary company GERBA in Germany – largest order in the company’s history for GERBA. 

Together with the subsidiary company GERBA, PEM Buildings will handle the construction of a logistic center for the company ProReServ in Gelsenkirchen/Germany.

Together with the subsidiary company GERBA, PEM Buildings will handle the construction of a logistic center for the company ProReServ in Gelsenkirchen/Germany. 

A steel hangar will be constructed on a floor area of approx. 10,600 m². The planning as well as the delivery of the steel construction will be handled by the Mauthausen steel hangar specialist PEM. As general contractor GERBA is responsible for the entire project management. For the Schwerin subsidiary this order is one of the largest in the company’s history. 

“Groundbreaking will take place in April 2016 and we are very happy to have been awarded the contract for this project”, stated Herr Thomas Gerbstädt, CEO of GERBA Industrie- und Hallenbau GmbH.
