Waagner Biro steel and glass GmbH is now part of the Zeman Group

The Viennese steel construction company Zeman Group is continuing on its path of consistent growth and, with the acquisition of Waagner Biro steel and glass GmbH, is bundling even more expertise under one roof and expanding its product range: steel, glass, design and architectural masterpieces. The two traditional Austrian companies have been working together for more than three decades. Projects such as Złote Tarasy (Warsaw), Baku Airport (Azerbaijan) and Sheffield University have been realized in close cooperation. Waagner Biro steel and glass has five offices in Vienna, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Istanbul and, after more than two decades in the Zeman Group, can once again rely on the Group’s own production sites in three countries.
For the Zeman Group, this step means a significant expansion of the range of products and services as well as an increase in the Group’s own know-how. Customers can benefit from these advantages with immediate effect.
