Professional refurbishment of existing buildings with PEM upgrades

PEM successfully brings existing buildings up to the latest technical and energy standards. The technical planning, conversion, modernization and energy optimization of the factory halls for Mainfränkische Werkstätten GmbH in Würzburg also bear the signature of PEM.

The shed roofing, glazing, blinds and all wall cladding were dismantled and disposed of. This was followed by the addition of storeys to the existing truss structures made of Mero nodes to form a flat roof made of around 80 tons of steel, the roofing with trapezoidal sheet metal support shell and the cladding of the walls with 800m2 of sandwich façade.
