Based on advanced static and strength analyses and implementation experience from, among others, Złote Tarasy, we constructed a roofing for the courtyard of the hotel in Arłamów using the so-called ‘single-layer structure’ technology supported by an arch structure. In the implementation of the task, the roof was divided into 70 components, so-called ladders, connected on site by 800 loose elements and 400 cross-braces. The scope of work included static and strength calculations with in-depth optimisation, a detailed design with workshop documentation, prefabrication, delivery and assembly of the steel structure for the glass roof of the courtyard.
