In Bielsko-Biała, Poland, the Cavatina Hall has emerged as a new landmark of contemporary steel-and-glass architecture. The real estate company Cavatina Holding S.A. has completed a multifunctional building whose centerpiece is a concert hall seating 650 people. The semicircular, sound-insulating concrete structure of the concert hall has been clad in a complex steel structure featuring an extraordinary spiral-shaped glass shell.
