The Tyrolean machinery and plant construction company is investing in the future with the construction of a new production and administration building. A state-of-the-art professional center was established for the further development and production of their waste container cleaning systems. PEM is implementing the professional center on a total construction area of 2200 m²: in addition to an office building for administration, marketing and sales, service and customer service, and the development department, two production halls for mobile and stationary cleaning systems were built. The halls each consist of steel constructions as well as a sandwich roof and sandwich walls. PEM also executed the outdoor facilities, such as the parking area and the fence system.
