Work carried out: Dismantling and complete reconstruction of the existing mall with new spatial steel construction, new building envelope (incl. windows and elliptical roof glazing), soffit with high-quality aluminum composite panels, revolving doors and gates. The work was carried out while the shopping center was fully operational.
