The scope of the steel work has been around 2,450 tonnes. Both reinforced concrete and structural steel were used for the main support system. While reinforced concrete was used for the first three floors, the last two floors were built with conventional structural steel. The total height of the structure is 23.7 m. 10.95 m are below zero, 12.75 m above zero.
