Commissioned by JBG Sp. z o.o. under the ‘general contracting’ terms, a production and warehouse hall along with the infrastructure and landscaping with a total area of over 20,800 sqm. It is a manufacturing site of a major manufacturer of cooling equipment, photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. In the implementation ... of this task, SIN profiles and Zeman HDF’s proven technical expertise, in both steel structures and lightweight enclosures, were applied. The project, which was carried out in consortium with a company specialising in earthwork, posed further technical challenges due to the risky foundation on soils with clay content.
