The “M+R Filtermedien” project involves the construction of a production hall with an office in Wandlitz, Germany. The hall was built by PEM Buildings’ subsidiary GERBA and covers a total area of 2.034 m². The structure consists of a frame construction with SIN beams. A two-story section provides an additional 360 m² of space for offices. The roof is a foil roof with thermal insulation, while the walls are made of PU panels, mostly with concealed fastening. The new hall offers M+R Filtermedien optimal conditions for production and administration.
