The National Convention Center is located on the banks of the River Liffey, near the Samuel Beckett Bridge in the heart of Dublin’s Spencer Dock harbor area. The area has undergone significant development in recent years. Waagner Biro steel and glass designed and built the sloping cylindrical façade—a steel and glass structure—as well as the canopy that forms the main entrance.
