GERBA Industrie- und Hallenbau GmbH has successfully completed construction of a modern logistics center for Professional Retail Service GmbH in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.
The new facility covers a total area of 10,650 m², including a two-story solid-construction section measuring 570 m². The building was constructed as a robust frame structure using SIN girders and equipped with a high-quality membrane roof featuring PIR insulation (100 mm thick).
The hall walls are equipped with PU panels (thickness 80 mm), while the solid construction area boasts masonry, thermal insulation, and a metal facade. Loading docks have also been installed to facilitate efficient goods handling.
