Waidhofen Sports Hall

Zeman & Co was commissioned for comprehensive general contractor work on the refurbishment of the Waidhofen an der Ybbs sports hall. The project involved dismantling the old supporting structure and completely gutting the building to its exterior walls. Zeman & Co planned, manufactured, delivered and assembled the new supporting structure made of robust truss girders.
Another key element of the project was the delivery and installation of the roof structure made of prefabricated metal roof elements. The challenges of the project lay in the precise planning and seamless integration of the new structure into the existing building.
Today, the modernized sports hall offers the city of Waidhofen an der Ybbs and its tenants a state-of-the-art multifunctional hall with versatile usage options.
