A production hall with an office and warehouse complex, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, executed under the ‘ general contracting’ terms by Zeman HDF. It is a new manufacturing facility of ZOK-TECH, which originates from the mining industry and is active in the production and services relating to the ... elimination of methane hazards in mines and in specialist mining works. The total area of the hall and buildings is 3,900 sqm. This project was relatively challenging in terms of the design and construction due to the high category (category 3) of mining damage. Zeman HDF’s task was to develop a design taking into account the continuous deformation of the unconsolidated ground and to erect the hall together with a staff and administrative building.
