The Zeman Group’s steel construction projects are managed by well-coordinated project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle: from the initial cost estimate through detailed design to final acceptance. Our project managers combine expertise from engineering, in-house production, and installation to ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs remain within the agreed-upon parameters.

What we specifically control

In the Zeman Group’s project management division, we not only coordinate plans and schedules, but also handle all technical and organizational aspects—acting as either a subcontractor or a general contractor, depending on the project:

• Overall coordination between client, planning teams, authorities and contractors
• Coordination of structural calculations, execution and workshop planning
• Interface management between steel construction, glass construction, roofing, and finishing trades
• Process and schedule planning including milestone and assembly planning
• Coordination of production at the Group’s own plants and logistics
• Organization and supervision of the installation—often while operations are ongoing
• Cost and supplement management across all project phases
• Quality assurance, documentation and support during acceptance tests

Strength in complex framework conditions

One focus of our project teams is on projects with high demands on logistics and the construction process:

• Inner-city construction sites with very limited space and crane conditions
• Work in existing buildings and during ongoing operations (e.g. railroad stations, airports, industrial plants)
• Large-span roof and façade constructions with demanding assembly steps
