In project management at the Zeman Group, we not only coordinate plans and deadlines, but also handle the entire technical and organizational process – either as a subcontractor or as a general contractor, depending on the project:

  • Overall coordination between client, planning teams, authorities and contractors
  • Coordination of structural calculations, execution and workshop planning
  • Interface management between steel construction, glass construction, roofing and finishing trades
  • Process and schedule planning including milestone and assembly planning
  • Coordination of production in the Group’s own plants and logistics
  • Organization and supervision of assembly – often during ongoing operations
  • Cost and supplement management across all project phases
  • Quality assurance, documentation and support during acceptance tests
